yaw_asumadu@hotmail.com could tune your djembe. He lives in London though...so you'd have to drive down and pick-up. BUT he'd do a wicked job!

Do you enjoy West African dance? Then come and try sabar dance, the high stepping and high energy dance from Senegal. Sabar dancing incorporates feelings of feminine sensuality and flirtatiousness, as it was originally danced only by women. Nowadays, it's danced by both women and men, and it provides the entertainment at special occasions, such as festivals, parties, and weddings.

Come and try the high-energy and joyous sabar dance with Batch Gueye, international performer and artist.Batch dances sabar with crisp, sharp and yet sensual movements. His classes are fun and invigorating, and he helps all participants to find the sabar within them!

Don't miss this event!

Come and join us on Saturday 19th June 2010.

All levels welcome.
